Meet Kristen

I believe great teams don’t just happen... they’re crafted with trust, nurtured through challenge, and given space to grow.

Building a lean, adaptable team isn’t just about doing tasks—it’s about finding the right people who truly get you. The ones who align with your vision, live your values, and help you build a business you’re proud of.

I Get It—You’re Carrying a Lot.

As a founder or operator, you’ve got big plans and a bigger vision.

But let’s be honest: keeping the wheels turning while trying to steer the ship can feel like an impossible balancing act.

  • You’re putting out fires while your strategy sits on the back burner.
  • You’re answering endless questions when you should be focusing on growth.
  • And sometimes, it feels like you’re the only one who really cares about getting it right.

I know the frustration because I’ve been there. Stuck between the grind of daily operations and the pull to create something bigger. It’s exhausting, isolating, and sometimes overwhelming.

But here’s the truth: it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Why I’m Here to Help

I’ve spent nearly two decades figuring out how to make businesses run better.

From my start as a freelance project manager to becoming the COO of three multi-million-dollar creative businesses, I’ve walked the path from juggling tasks to leading teams that operate with confidence and autonomy.

Along the way, I’ve learned what it really takes to build strong foundations, mentor future leaders, and align teams to drive results. And now, I’m here to share those lessons with you—because no one should have to figure it out the hard way like I did.

Through my frameworks and mentorship, I help operators and founders build teams that don’t just support the business—they power it.

Teams that think like owners, not employees. Teams that help you focus on the big picture without constantly worrying about the details.

What Working With Me Looks Like

When we work together, it’s about more than fixing what’s broken—it’s about building something that lasts.

  • Clarity: You’ll finally see where the cracks are and how to fix them.
  • Confidence: You’ll know your team can handle the load without you stepping in every five minutes.
  • Freedom: You’ll get back the time and energy to focus on what lights you up—whether that’s scaling your business, pursuing your next big idea, or taking a real break for once.

Let’s Build Together.

If you’re ready to stop firefighting and start leading,

I’m here to help.

Together, we’ll create a team that’s not just aligned with your vision but driving it forward every step of the way.

Sound like the kind of support you’ve been looking for? Let’s get to work.

And here’s the best part: we’ll do it without losing what makes your business yours.

No cookie-cutter systems. No rigid structures. No busy work.

Just a solid foundation that adapts to your goals and grows with your vision.

From Fortune 500 Human Resources to Nap-Time Hustles and Seven-Figure Launches:
Building Kickass Teams and Legacies Along the Way

The behind the scenes story….

I started my career at a Fortune 500 company, diving headfirst into the world of Human Resources. It was an exciting time—Monday mornings weren’t just coffee and emails; they were a whirlwind of 100 new hires walking through the door, eager and ready to launch their careers. My role in employee training and onboarding grew into something bigger when I joined an elite group of just 10 HR representatives tasked with navigating the intricate world of mergers and acquisitions.

But life has a way of shifting priorities, and when momhood called, I traded corporate boardrooms for my kitchen table. While my baby napped, I started a grassroots baby gift business. What began as a creative outlet turned into my introduction to the expansive and exhilarating world of digital marketing. I found myself diving deep into rabbit holes, studying from the industry’s OGs, and realizing there was a new path I was meant to take.

Freelancing followed, which eventually led me to Jeff Walker and Product Launch Formula in 2009. What began as a freelance gig quickly evolved into a 13-year journey as a content creator, project manager, and ultimately, a team builder. Together, we crafted a legacy of transformation—plateaus turned into peaks, and a lean, mean team of heart-driven professionals delivered results that resonated deeply with our community.

Over the years, I led the charge through New York Times bestselling book launches, multi-million-dollar live events, masterminds, and seven-figure product launches. I built a powerhouse team of copywriters and coaches who didn’t just excel—they cared. We wore our hearts on our sleeves, united by a vision that prioritized community, legacy, and sustainable impact over fast cash.

But the journey wasn’t always glamorous. I know how it feels to be the “middle management” in an evolving entrepreneurial business, where every transition demands new skills, structures, and mindset shifts. Through countless launches and milestones, I witnessed firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and how businesses grow from $1M to $5M to $10M and beyond.

The last few years, as a fractional COO, I’ve had the privilege of stepping into other businesses, uncovering patterns, and fine-tuning the systems that let founders thrive. I’ve seen what cracks foundations—and more importantly, how to fix them. Today, I bring all those lessons to the table, helping founders reclaim their creative zones while empowering teams to run the business with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

It’s not just about scaling—it’s about creating something that lasts. A legacy. A business that grows sustainably without losing its heart. That’s what I’m here to build—with you.
